Anyon Systems Inc. (“Anyon”), a quantum computing company based in Montreal, Canada, is pleased to announce the delivery of a quantum computer to Defence Research and Development Canada (“DRDC”) which is part of Canada’s Department of National Defence. The integrated quantum computer features Anyon’s Yukon generation superconducting quantum processor which is cooled by the company’s proprietary cryogenic system and controlled by our in-house quantum electronics.

This delivery is a major milestone for Anyon, following over 6 years of R&D efforts. The strong performance metrics of the quantum computer validates Anyon’s vision to make early investments in simulation tools and vertical integration in order to be able to design and deliver integrated quantum computers and have unique foundations to rapidly scale-up.
