About us
Anyon Systems is building the next generation of economically deployable quantum infrastructure.
Founded in 2014, Anyon Systems is Canada’s first company to build universal, gate‑based quantum computers.
From the start, we saw that quantum computing lacked the engineering tools needed for large‑scale systems. We built those tools ourselves—enabling a vertically integrated approach that lets us design, manufacture, and scale full-stack superconducting quantum computers.
Our mission
Our mission is to develop the most powerful computing platforms in the world. We strive for computational power inaccessible to classical computers at a power consumption orders of magnitude smaller.
Our vision
We believe quantum computers can deliver on their promise. This requires vertical integration, in-depth understanding of the building blocks, and a full-system perspective.

Our Story
Scalability drives everything we do, from qubit architecture to control electronics and cryogenic infrastructure.
Headquartered in Canada with operations in Israel, Anyon delivers quantum systems built for real‑world high‑performance computing environments. While much of the industry focuses on lab demonstrations and distant roadmaps, we focus on execution: deploying operational systems today and engineering a credible path to commercial quantum advantage.
Our MonarQ system—a 24‑qubit superconducting quantum computer installed at the Calcul Québec data centre—demonstrates this philosophy. It shows that quantum hardware must integrate seamlessly into existing data‑centre infrastructure.
Anyon’s leadership has been recognized nationally through its selection as one of Canada’s quantum computing champions, reinforcing our role in advancing sovereign, end‑to‑end quantum capability.
We are now expanding from deployed systems to a broader quantum infrastructure platform. Combining superconducting hardware, fabrication, control systems, data‑centre integration, sovereign deployment models, and international expansion, Anyon sits at the intersection of quantum technology, national strategy, and next‑generation computing infrastructure.
Anyon isn’t just pursuing quantum advantage as a scientific milestone—we’re building the industrial platform that will make quantum computing practical, deployable, and economically viable.
